Different Body Type Women Costumes

The costumes that anyone wears must suit their personality and must align with their body. There is heavy range of Creative Women Costumes available in the market and that too of different shapes and sizes. Every woman has her own body type and she needs to dress up according to her body type, to look smart and sober in the society.

Identifying your body and getting dressed according to it suits to one’s personality. Getting dressed after knowing your body type is an easier and simpler task and you will come to know what pieces works best for your shape. There are mainly four categories that describe a women’s shape. Here is a list of different body types of women along with the instruction of what to wear and what to avoid wearing during getting ready. Most of the women fall into one of the following four categories:
  • The Circle:
    • If you are having heavy weight around your middle part of the body (i.e., around stomach) and if you want to hide a few post-pregnancy pounds, you should put up with clothes that fit loosely around the midsection and more comfortably elsewhere.
    • You should avoid those styles that draw attention to the middle part of your body like- high rise pants, belts, and waist cinching tops.
  • The Triangle:
    • This category includes those women who have shoulder and torso part narrower than the hips part.
    • Avoiding shapeless, oversize sweaters; skinny jeans and pants; and skirts in a flimsy, curve-hugging fabric like silk.
  • The Hourglass:
    • Women falling in this category have an ample chest, a narrow waist, and full hips (but not wide), but although evenly proportioned. These type of women may choose clothes that work and move with their natural curves but not against them.
    • Women falling in this category should avoid shapeless or boxy styles, like baby-doll dresses, tunics and oversize cardigans.
  • The Rectangle:
    • This category includes the clothes with little definition at the waist, and straight up-and-down figure which may often considered boyish. The best of women’s fall fashion in this category must opt for styles that fit comfortably at their middle but flare out at the bottom (whether it is skirt or pants) to create curves.
    • Avoiding those dresses that are tight all over and anything too lightly or unstructured around waist, such as Empire-waist tops.
